As Senior Director for Franklin Street Capital Advisors, Ben Miller specializes in the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout the Southeast. Working to develop, optimize, and implement financing plans, he enables his clients to achieve and retain more profit by taking a proactive and knowledgeable approach to arranging debt and equity for income-producing real estate investments. Mr. Miller is also responsible for strengthening Franklin Street’s lender relationships in all markets.

Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Miller worked for Thomas D. Wood & Company as an Assistant Vice President aiding in the production of $41.8mm in loans in 2014 and $39.7mm in 2015. Previously, he served as a Small Business Credit Underwriter for USAmeriBank and a Real Estate Loan Department Administrator for Intervest National Bank.

Mr. Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University, where he majored in Real Estate with an Accounting concentration.
