Ashley Stivers leads the Brokerage & Placement team for the National Accounts Team at Franklin Street. After graduating from Florida State University with bachelor’s degrees in Risk Management & Insurance and Real Estate, she joined Franklin Street. She began her career contributing to the acquisitions team, focusing on premium estimates during the pre-contract phase for clients. Today, Ashley plays a pivotal role in the renewal process for existing and new clients, performing portfolio and loss analysis and presenting data to the marketplace. Her expertise in allocations and designing rate matrices for master programs has been instrumental. She oversees project management for the renewal process by coordinating efforts across account management, claims, and acquisitions teams, ensuring the development of effective renewal strategies and action plans for all clients.
