Arlette Price serves as Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Advisory Services team in Jacksonville, Fla. Ms. Price’s focus is to apply her expertise and market knowledge to help grow the team servicing both investors and occupiers of office and industrial assets.

Prior to entering into the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Price was a business owner of a successful retail store in Fleming Island for over 10 years. Ms. Price has also consulted and developed business plans and strategies for small start-ups and multi-million-dollar companies alike, restructuring & evaluating productivity to navigate and customize a service package for clients. With over 25 years experience in retail and sales, Ms. Price has traveled to Asia, India, Europe, and the Middle East sourcing products in excess of $1.3 Billion in retail sales for Wal-mart Stores, Inc. for the Home & Apparel Divisions for U.S. & Canada.

Living abroad, Ms. Price led a buying team and grew the Home & Commodities Division for British retailer Tesco, a grocery market leader with 4,900 stores.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Price worked as Senior Associate at Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc., brokering office, industrial, leasing and investment sales, as well as business brokerage.
