Alex Disbrow is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Insurance Services team in Tampa, specializing in risk management and insurance program design for senior living owners and operators. In his role, he partners with sophisticated real estate owners and operating companies to build custom, portfolio level insurance programs that protect both assets and people, from single site assisted living facilities to multi-state senior care platforms.

Disbrow brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to every client engagement and specializes in helping senior living operators navigate the evolving insurance landscape. His understanding of operational risk, coverage structure, and long-term asset protection allows him to develop tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique business goals and operational needs.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Disbrow spent several years in the cybersecurity industry, where he specialized in helping companies protect against advanced digital threats. His background in technology and risk management gives him a well-rounded perspective on protecting businesses in complex and highly regulated industries.

Disbrow attended Clemson University and is based in Tampa, where he remains actively engaged in the local community through Radiant Church South Tampa.
