Marshall Durrett serves as Managing Director of Franklin Street’s Land Advisory  practice in Central Texas and a senior partner in the rapidly growing Austin office. In his land advisory leadership
role, he spearheads the acquisition and disposition of developable land for diverse commercial projects such as multifamily, light industrial, mixed use and retail, as well as suburban land for development of master planned communities. His responsibilities extend to cultivating a multi-market team of land experts and collaborating with various business lines at Franklin Street to deliver a comprehensive, full-service experience for owners, investors, and developers.
