Avery Jordan specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the Tampa Bay region. He is responsible for advising clients on financial analysis and underwriting of investment properties, disposition strategies and trends, navigating methods to optimize value, preparing offering memorandums, and pricing analysis proposals.
Mr. Jordan began his commercial real estate career as an investment sales intern at Franklin Street, where he maintained the firm’s database of recent multifamily sales, mortgages, and industry developments. Previously, he worked as an analyst intern at Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group in Gainesville, Florida.
Mr. Jordan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida.
