As Associate Director, Justin E. Spiller, Esq., specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both multi-tenant and single-tenant net lease retail properties throughout North Florida and the Southeast. Mr. Spiller’s exceptional academic background coupled with his diverse professional experience, makes him uniquely qualified to assess, adhere to and implement his clients’ investment goals. 

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Spiller was a founding member of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services, where he served as Senior Investment Sales Associate. He brings over a decade of experience providing commercial real estate solutions to his clients, beginning his career as an attorney at the law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida. 

Mr. Spiller focused his practice on commercial real estate law, including land use and zoning, corporate law, commercial litigation and government relations. He has represented various shopping center developers, national homebuilders and global lenders. Previously, Mr. Spiller served as an Investment Associate for the national retail group at Marcus & Millichap in Miami, where he worked with and advised high net worth individuals in the sale of commercial retail investments.

Mr. Spiller received a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University, earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law, and maintains an active Florida Bar license. He remains active in his community and has served on numerous charitable boards and committees. Mr. Spiller is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, an organization that develops youth and adult leaders in Northeast Florida. He also completed the Connect Florida Statewide Leadership Institute (Leadership Florida's young professionals program) and has served on various boards and committees, including the United Way of Northeast Florida, Sulzbacher Center, Jacksonville Urban League and the Malivai Washington Kids Foundation.
