Greenex, a leading manufacturer and distributor of cleaning and maintenance chemicals, will open a new regional distribution center in the heart of Orlando’s industrial warehouse district at 4111 34th Street. The company is expanding to Central Florida from its current location in South Plainfield, N.J.
Greenex is slated to open its new facility in January 2020. Franklin Street’s Scott Edwards, senior associate for industrial services in Orlando, represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
“The execution of this lease indicates that Orlando’s industrial market is still growing strong,” said Edwards. “Businesses are actively looking to open new facilities or move existing sites in order to service this market. Greenex provides eco-friendly solutions to healthcare and foodservice facilities, so they wanted to relocate to an area where those industries are thriving.”
