Windemere Apartments in Dunedin fetched $10 million in a sale. Robert Goldfinger, Darron Kattan, Kevin Kelleher and Zach Ames of Franklin Street represented both sides in the transaction. Windemere Ltd., which has owned the property since 1977, sold it to Dunedin LLC, based in Chicago.
Windemere — 180 one-, two- and three-bedroom units — was 93 percent occupied at time of sale, but in need of a spruce-up. The new owner is planning “a massive rehab and repositioning of the property,” Kattan said. Download PDF
