Dan Dratch and Tony Gannacone were hired as investment associates at Franklin Street, a commercial real estate firm based in Plantation. Dratch and Gannacone will specialize in multifamily deals across South Florida, working closely with regional managing partner Greg Matus. Dratch was previously with CoStar Group, where he was a sales executive. Gannacone was a managing director and later vice president of strategic sales and acquisitions at NextGen Coal.
