Franklin Street, a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, announced Charlie Manuel has joined the firm’s Retail Investment Sales team as Director at the firm’s South Florida office.
In his capacity as Director, Manuel will focus on assisting property owners in optimizing their returns by conducting comprehensive analyses of properties and devising customized marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of each property and investor.
Previously to joining the firm, Manuel served as Vice President at CBRE, where he advised owners of commercial retail and office properties, overseeing transactions ranging from $2 million to $40 million in value.
Manuel’s client-first approach is evidenced by the establishment of a robust 1,000-property database, facilitating over 130 meetings within an 18-month period. His commitment to networking and lead generation extended to attending over 10 industry tradeshows annually.
