Franklin Street Real Estate Services has expanded its landlord leasing team with the addition of Michaelann Murphy. In her new role, Murphy will focus on properties in Tampa Bay and the West Coast of Florida.
Murphy previously served as a leasing representative at The Sembler Company in St. Petersburg, and before that was the regional leasing director for Equity One. She has also held positions at Stuart S. Golding Co., Monroe’s Prestige Group, and Richmond American Homes.
Murphy earned her MBA at The University of Tampa and completed her undergraduate studies with a degree in finance and accounting from Cleveland State University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Tampa Bay Builders Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where she serves on both the Political Action Committee golf tournament and the Ladies in Biz committees.
