Franklin Street, a growing brokerage firm that has several offices in Florida, is beefing up its office in Miami with the addition of a large investment sales team.
Earlier this week, Miami-based Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services merged its seven-member team into Franklin Street’s investment sales team to quickly expand the firm’s presence in that business line. Adam Tiktin, who founded Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services in 2016, will now serve as managing director of investment sales at Franklin Street.
The Tiktin team includes agents Alexander Lazo, Steven Logan and John Morrison.
Joining Franklin Street represents a new chapter in his commercial real estate career, Tiktin said. He had gotten to know several people at Franklin Street during his career and the opportunity to work with Greg Matus, managing director of investment services at Franklin Street, and managing partner and CEO Andrew Wright played a key role in the decision to join the firm, Tiktin said in an email.
The addition of the Tiktin team will be important as Franklin Street expands its services in retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties, said Kurt Keaton, president of real estate and management services at Franklin Street.
