Connect Media: Franklin Street Brokers $19M Sale of Shopping Center in Lawrenceville

Franklin Street has arranged the $19.3 million sale of River Exchange, a 263,651-square-foot Kroger-Anchored shopping center in Lawrenceville.

In addition to being anchored by Kroger, the United States’ largest supermarket chain, the center is also occupied by tenants Goodwill, Farmers Home Furniture, Metro by T-Mobile, Citi Trends, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Hertz, Cato and One Main Financial.

John Tennant and Bryan Belk, of Franklin Street’s Atlanta Retail Investment Sales Team represented the seller, Monarch Investments, in the transaction.
