Two Fort Lauderdale shopping centers sold for $12.4 million, Franklin Street announced. A Toronto-based company bought the 25,678-square-foot shopping center at 4300 North Federal Highway for $6.25 million. Florida-based Gerig Group sold the site to HAZ Real Estate Investment.

Nearby, shops at 2121 North Federal Highway sold to a Fort Lauderdale company for $6.1 million. 2121 Investments sold the 12,300-square-foot strip mall to Boston Trader 2121. Ralph Doering III and Judith Doering are listed as registered agents, according to corporate records.

Greg Matus and Peter Crane of Franklin Street represented the buyers and sellers.
