Blue Rock Partners LLC purchased the 194-unit Colonial Ridge Apartments at 649 W. Cannon Ridge Dr. in Orlando, FL from Frogg Florida LLC for $14.2 million, or about $73,000 per unit.
The 234,036-square-foot multifamily complex is comprised of 24 buildings in the Outer West submarket. It was built it 1989 and renovated in 2002.
Darron Kattan, Robert Goldfinger, and Kevin Kelleher of Franklin Street represented the buyer. Larry Ochab of Pinnacle Realty represented the seller.
