“My favorite part of this internship was expanding my knowledge. I have spent thousands of dollars on tuition to learn a fraction of what this internship has taught me, and my favorite part is that I was being paid to do it. What made this summer really special to me was that I was coming home having learned something new every single day.”

“Coming into this internship, I didn’t really know what to expect but the goal for me was to learn and gain as much experience about the industry in a short period of time, expand my network, and to bring as much value as I could to the company. I think I was able to achieve that during this experience and I am excited for what the future holds. When reflecting on the highlights of this experience, I think seeing what a commercial real estate broker does day to day was awesome for me to see because I got to see firsthand of what I hopefully will be doing for years to come. I was able to sit in on meetings, go on site tours, do market research, and site searches for potential tenants using CoStar. The team took me in as their own and for the most part kept me involved with ongoing work which I greatly appreciate.”

I have had the pleasure to work under the Investment Sales Team and learn the ins and outs of the business. These past two months have gone by so fast and I have learned so much in such a short time period. As this being my first internship, the appreciation I have for what I have gained is remarkable. I had the opportunity to sit down with everyone on my team and learn the different roles that they play. I got to appreciate and understand how all the different jobs are used to make one strong team.
