We are thankful the real estate market is continuing its positive trend and our clients, employees and vendors are all enjoying a vibrant market. The positive fundamentals across the board for commercial real estate indicate the market is finally shaking free of the Great Recession and we are thankful the industry has a tailwind behind it, with hopefully many more years of expansion to come. We are thankful unemployment is down to levels not seen for almost a decade, with commercial real estate providing more jobs as development increases.
