As Alder Partners’ exclusive leasing advisor in the Atlanta market, Franklin Street is actively seeking sites for additional Planet Fitness locations
ATLANTA (September 1, 2022) – Franklin Street is pleased to congratulate Alder Partners in opening its 27th Planet Fitness franchise location in the Greater Atlanta area. Located in the northeast suburb of Brookhaven, the 28,000-square-foot club opened in August and is now the largest club operated by Alder Partners in the Atlanta market.
Alder Partners, which serves as Planet Fitness’ primary development partner in Atlanta, selected Franklin Street’s local tenant representation team, led by Greg Eisenman, to serve as its exclusive leasing advisor in the market last year. With the 27th club officially open, Eisenman and his team are working on securing several additional locations in the Greater Atlanta area, with the goal of helping Alder open multiple new clubs each year.

The new Brookhaven club features state-of-the-art cardio machines and strength equipment, a 30-minute express circuit, flat-screen televisions throughout, fully equipped granite locker rooms with day lockers and showers, plus an exclusive Black Card® Spa area that includes tanning, massage chairs and HydroMassage beds. The club is open Monday through Friday from 12 a.m. – 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Located at 3944 Peachtree Road., the fitness center is minutes away from Oglethorpe Station.
