Franklin Street Signs Lease for Arizona College of Nursing Campus at Westshore City Center
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Program to open in August 2020
Tampa, Fla. (March TBD, 2020) – Franklin Street announced that Arizona College of Nursing will open a new campus at Westshore City Center, fully dedicated to nursing education. The Westshore City Center campus will offer students an accelerated three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program.

The Arizona College of Nursing campus will occupy 22,448 square feet at 1411 N. Westshore Blvd. The learning environment features four high fidelity simulation labs, two nursing skills labs, a science lab, and more. A Learning Resource Center will provide students with access to professional nurse tutors, dedicated support and the instructional resources for both general education and nursing courses.
Located at 1111, 1211, 1311, 1401 and 1411 N. Westshore Blvd., Westshore City Center spans 10.4 acres. In December, Ally Capital Group unveiled plans for more than $10 million in improvements for the five office buildings. Franklin Street manages the leasing, operations and project management for the project.
