Nick Polo is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Services Team in Tampa. In his role, he represents and advises clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial real estate assets throughout the Tampa Bay area. A Tampa native, Mr. Polo serves as a trusted partner with extensive knowledge and understanding of the Tampa Bay MSA.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Polo worked as an Intern with Circle K’s corporate real estate office in Tampa. He worked within the retail development team, where he gained the experience and knowledge to help advise clients with their real estate needs.
