Brad Mayes is an Account Executive on Franklin Street’s Office & Industrial Services Team, where he manages and maintains large accounts with multiple portfolios. In this role, he represents and advises clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office and industrial real estate assets throughout Tampa Bay.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mayes was the starting quarterback at Lehigh University, where he honed his leadership skills, developed a strong sense of pride, and cultivated a commitment to excellence. Brad continues to invest in his community as a Varsity Football Coach at Berkeley Preparatory School, where he coaches student-athletes and fosters a culture of integrity and perseverance—values that guide his approach to business and client relationships today. His coaching experience, combined with his alumni involvement, ultimately led him to join Franklin Street.
Born and raised in Tampa, Mayes leverages his extensive knowledge of the local market to provide clients with informed guidance on transactions and strategic real estate decisions.
