Frosty Fox and Pedego Electric Bikes may soon be joined by a new, lakefront dining concept at the 1,000-acre community.
Baldwin Park has welcomed two new retailers to its village center, as the premier mixed-use community continues to add new amenities for its residents and visitors.
Frosty Fox, a boba tea shop serving up everything from slushes to gelato to Hong Kong-style egg waffles, recently celebrated its soft opening, alongside the newly opened Pedego Electric Bikes, North America’s leading brand of electric bikes available for both sale and rent.
“Our leasing strategy at Baldwin Park Village Center is focused on bringing in quality tenants that add value to the lives of Baldwin Park’s residents and make this community an even better place to live, work, and visit,” said Katy Taylor, a member of the Franklin Street team that handles leasing for the property. “Frosty Fox and Pedego are great examples of tenants that make life a little sweeter for the families, young professionals, and everyone else who calls Baldwin Park home.”
Boba and bikes are just the beginning of what’s to come for Baldwin Park. Franklin Street is seeking tenants for a few remaining shop spaces as well as a vacant 7,384-square-foot lakefront restaurant. The expansive space, formerly home to the Galeria Restaurant, offers the perfect canvas for a fresh concept.
“With over 7,000 square feet to work with, including private event space and ample patio seating, a new dining concept at this location has the potential to become a social hub for Baldwin Park,” Taylor added. “This is a great opportunity for an established hospitality group to expand their footprint or even introduce an original idea in a community that is eager for something new and exciting.”
The 1,000-acre Baldwin Park master-planned community is currently home to over 8,000 residents and 125 businesses. Its Village Center, anchored by Publix and CVS, attracts over 1.8 million visitors a year.
Developed on Orlando’s former Naval Training Center, which closed in the early 1990s, Baldwin Park is now known as a tranquil community surrounded by beautiful lakes, parks, and trails – all just five miles from the city’s downtown core.
