Birmingham Business Journal: Atlanta firm acquires Montgomery multifamily portfolio for $18.5M

A two-property multifamily portfolio has been sold in Montgomery.

The 482 units in The Fields One Center and The Fields Carriage Hills sold for $18.5 million to Two Waters Capital Management, an Atlanta-based multifamily acquisition and asset management firm.

The seller was Elite Street Capital, a real estate investment and development firm based in Houston.

Franklin Street’s Atlanta Multifamily Investment Sales Team brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller.
