Company Expands Insurance Services Division with Hire
Franklin Street has hired Tim Schmidt as a senior director in the firm’s insurance services division.
The real estate veteran will aim to deliver strong financial solutions for clients of Franklin Street, while simultaneously decreasing associated risks.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Schmidt was employed with the Willis Group where he led the real estate hospitality group in Atlanta. While there, he ranked in the top 10 percent of producers in the U.S. and became part of the Exceptional Producer’s Council. Prior to his tenure at Willis Group, he worked at Lockton Cos., where he became one of the youngest employees to become a partner.
Schmidt holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Troy University. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
