Looking to build on its retail investment sales and advisory platform, Franklin Street has brought in former Cushman & Wakefield senior director Gary Saykaly to serve in a similar capacity in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Saykaly, along with a team of brokers, will concentrate on anchored open-air centers and REIT and institutionally-owned retail assets located throughout the Southeast U.S. and surrounding states.
In addition to his primary focus, Saykaly will work alongside Danny York, president of Franklin Street Capital Advisors, to advise and execute retail and portfolio transactions on behalf of clients.
Saykaly earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA in finance and marketing from Bentley University. View PDF
