Only 32 years old, Smith already has an impressive CV on which to stand. Under her leadership, Franklin Street’s Jacksonville office has registered an eye-popping 2,320% increase in revenue since 2010, when it was a staff of one. Smith eventually recruited six employees across multiple areas including investment sales and landlord representation. She also brought on the Franklin Street Management Services division to the North Florida office in 2012, providing management to more than 340,000 square feet of property throughout the northern part of the state. Smith currently oversees a portfolio of more than 3.3 million square feet in retail space. She specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation and has helped her retail team close more than $21.3 million worth of transactions since 2013. View PDF
