JACKSONVILLE, FL—Commercial real estate services firm Franklin Street reports it has relocated its North Florida team to larger offices at 7751 Belfort Parkway, Suite 110 in Jacksonville.

The Tampa, FL-based company is looking to grow its North Florida team and required the added space.

“Our new space will enable us to better serve our client base by adding experts in various real estate sectors to our team,” says North Florida Regional Managing Partner Carrie Smith. “We have already added an agent since the start of the year, and plan to continue recruiting in this market. North Florida continues to flourish as we come out of the recession and we’re positioned to take advantage of that.”

Franklin Street’s North Florida team currently specializes in retail, office, industrial, and property management. With the office move, the company is looking to expand its service capabilities by adding additional multifamily, office, and industrial teams.

“North Florida is a very important market to us and we are focused on building out our full-service platform for our clients in the area,” says Franklin Street CEO and Managing Partner Andrew Wright. “Jacksonville is a strategic market in our coverage of the state and creates a lot of opportunity for collaboration with our other offices.”

Franklin Street also has offices in Tampa, Miami and Atlanta, with plans to grow into other southeast U.S. markets this year, company officials say. Download PDF
