Tom Rybak has been promoted to chief technology officer for Franklin Street in Tampa.
Rybak previously was director of Internet technology for the company, according to a TBBJ People on the Move submission.
In his new role, he oversees Franklin Street’s IT operation and organization and leads the coordination, decision making and planning of the IT department, materials said.
