Franklin Street Services, a commercial real estate firm, said it brokered the $1.15 million sale of a 10-unit apartment building in Hollywood.
The firm represented the seller of the building, 720 Property LLC, at 343 Van Buren St. The buyer was Van Buren Holdings, a firm backed by a foreign investor who paid cash.
The complex is a block from the ocean and half a mile from the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort that’s under construction.
“With proximity to the water and a lot of redevelopment taking place, demand for multifamily investment is substantial right now on Hollywood beach,” Franklin Street’s Elliot Shainberg said in a statement. Download PDF
