Franklin Street announces the hiring of Nancy Sheinberg as Vice President of Insurance Services. Based out of the company’s headquarters in Tampa, she focuses on managing all hands-on operational features of the division’s client support team and fills an instrumental role in the executive management’s aggressive growth strategy for the division and company.
Sheinberg works closely with Tom Kersting, President of Insurance Services, and the client support team to provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the division continues to develop the operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and human capital that are consistent with their top-line revenue growth. All of her responsibilities contribute to the continued financial strength and operating efficiency within Franklin Street’s Insurance Services division.
“Nancy is paramount in ensuring we are able to continue our growth while still providing the same hands-on service that our clients expect and deserve,” said Kersting. “She has the knowledge and experience to increase the capacity of our service team while also providing a clear path for career development through a robust training program.”
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Sheinberg was a Commercial Lines Manager for Bouchard Insurance where she was responsible for the professional development of all account managers and customer service representatives. Previously, she worked for Marsh as Vice President and a Client Advisory Practice leader where she was in charge of the management and development of the entire client advisory team and a Professional Standards Coordinator and Compliance Officer for the Tampa office. She also served as a Commercial Lines Manager for Arthur J. Gallagher.

Sheinberg is a Certified Insurance Counselor and has her Associate in Risk Management designation and 2-20 Florida Insurance Licenses. She attended the College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, New York.
