David Fleisher has joined Franklin Street Real Estate Services (FSRES) as a regional managing partner in the firm’s Plantation, FL office.
In his new role, Fleisher will oversee all operations for Franklin Street to help grow the firm’s market share and expand its business development and recruitment efforts across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Fleisher previously served as director of business services for Bluegreen Vacations, and is a co-founder of LOB Companies. He also worked for Marcus & Millichap in South Florida, focusing on multifamily investment sales. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and holds a CPA license in Maryland, and received his bachelor’s degree in management from Tulane University and his MBA in international business administration from Nova Southeastern University.
