Franklin Street, a Tampa, Florida-based family of full-service commercial real estate companies with an Atlanta office in Buckhead, recently made two new hires. First, it appointed retail agency leasing industry leader Cary Beale as senior vice president of the company’s retail landlord services’ division. Beale previously worked for DDR Corp. as vice president of leasing.
Second, Franklin Street added risk management and commercial property and casualty insurance veteran Ted Holler as director of insurance services to focus on commercial real estate portfolios in the Carolinas and across the Southeast. Holler has been working in the insurance and risk management brokerage industry since 2003.
