Franklin Street Real Estate Services is actively seeking Commercial Real Estate Landlord Rep Leader who specialize in the Office & Industrial sector to join the team in our Tampa, FL office.
Franklin Street is a rapidly growing real estate services company with offices in the Southeast. We provide valuable advisory services to clients specializing in the multi-family, retail and industrial sectors of the commercial real estate market.
Candidates who qualify for this position will be aggressive, ambitious entrepreneurs with business development and sales experience looking to build their own business. The most successful agents at our firm have proven to be coachable, persistent, goal oriented, individuals who understand of the importance of business planning, prospecting, and developing client relationships.Requirements

If you possess the following, we’d like to hear from you:
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, specifically in Office / Industrial leasing.
• An active Florida Real Estate License.
• Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Mid-level to advanced MS Office competencies, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, organizational skills and customer service focused interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Argus and related industry software a plus, but not required.
• High level of proficiency in commercial real estate underwriting.
• Must be able to successfully pass any applicable background and reference checks.Recent Awards Include:
