Andrew Fernandez serves as an Associate in the Office and Industrial Services team at Franklin Street’s Tampa office.
Mr. Fernandez began his career as an analyst on the Real Estate Corporate Banking team at Regions Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he supported the underwriting and maintenance of corporate debt transactions with public and private REITs, as well as institutional real estate funds.
As a Tampa native and a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida, Mr. Fernandez is focused on assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of office and industrial space throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. He leverages his financial background and deep understanding of the local market to provide tailored solutions for his client’s real estate needs.
