Cooper Folds is an Associate for Franklin Street, specializing in Office and Industrial Investment Sales and Leasing, specifically Landlord Representation in Jacksonville, FL. Working alongside the senior leadership of Pat Kelly and Jake Ammon, Mr. Folds will assist in servicing both investors and occupiers of office and industrial assets located in the Jacksonville area and other Northeast Florida regions.
During his college years, Mr. Folds gained valuable experience through internships at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services as an Office and Industrial Intern, at Coldwell Banker as a Broker’s Assistant, and at Asset Living as an Analyst. He completed the Accelerator Associate program at Franklin Street, where he acquired comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate and the company’s offerings. Mr. Folds is also a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and Tennessee.
