Adam Lightman is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales team in Fort Lauderdale. Working alongside senior leadership Greg Matus, Justin Walker, Charlie Manuel and Kaylan Knitowski, Mr. Lightman will assist in the disposition of retail properties throughout the tri-county region of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Lightman worked as a Land Acquisition Analyst with Century Communities. He also worked with Archon Commercial Advisors in Orlando, Fla., representing tenants in retail and office leasing. Mr. Lightman is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
