The annual awards program, which highlights Tampa Bay’s most prominent real estate deals and developments, recognized Franklin Street’s involvement in Union New American and Sunshine Industrial Park.
Union New American was selected as a Top Retail Deal, while Sunshine Industrial Park was selected as a Top Industrial Deal. We are pleased to congratulate our Project Management team, and our Office & Industrial Services team of Pat Kelly and Brad Hutton, who represented the buyer, on these notable achievements.
