As Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Retail Leasing Team in Tampa, Thomas Marshall specializes in tenant representation in the retail sector throughout West Florida. Mr. Marshall primarily focuses on site evaluation and selection, lease negotiation, lease analysis, market surveys and strategic planning services for private and corporate clients. He is responsible for representing the best interest of the tenant throughout the leasing process.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Marshall worked with Bridgeway Property Solutions and Keller Williams, where he led and assisted in the acquisition of single-family homes. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
