Orlando's Terrence Hart, senior director of retail leasing, discussed the sale of the Center of Winter Park, a trophy retail center in Central Florida.

Orlando brokers credited the big price tag to Sterling Organization’s re-tenanting and its other renovations. The shopping center’s location also adds value. “That corner is one of the best corners in Winter Park,” said Terrence Hart, a senior director with Franklin Street.
