Victoria Ferree serves as Director of Franklin Street Capital Advisory in Atlanta, providing creative financing solutions for diverse commercial property portfolios across the Southeast.
Ms. Ferree brings a unique skillset to the Capital Advisory team, with a background in tax consulting and commercial lending. Her career began in public accounting where she advised on various tax mitigation and deferral techniques to help clients retain more working capital in their businesses and managed tax engagements across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. Ferree worked in Corporate Real Estate at Regions Bank where she collaborated with bankers in the Commercial and Corporate Banks to originate Owner-Occupied Real Estate (OORE) transactions. Prior to Regions, she acted as Lead Relationship Manager in the Commercial Bank of Wells Fargo where she led the originations process for investor real estate transactions.
Victoria is involved with Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she actively networks with debt & equity capital sources, owner-operators, developers and investors in the Southeast markets. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Atlanta’s vibrant restaurant scene and maintaining an active lifestyle through Orange Theory Fitness classes and serving on the board of For the Kid in All of Us.
