Tyler Hicks is a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales team in Orlando, Fla. Mr. Hicks specializes in value-add, unanchored retail assets and land for development nationwide, with a keen focus on Central and North Florida. He works closely with private capital investors and developers throughout the Southeast and is known for his deep market knowledge throughout Florida, which encompasses a comprehensive understanding of market trends, property values, and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Hicks served as a member of the JLL Retail Investment Sales team in Orlando, Fla., which had a strong track record of successfully facilitating transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients. The JLL team specialized in a wide range of assets including grocery anchored centers, unanchored centers, single tenant net lease, and land for development.
