Sterling Hale specializes in tenant representation throughout the Southeast. He is skilled in all facets of financial analysis for investment property and producing income streams and brings a wealth of experience into the site selection process. Mr. Hale possesses in-depth market knowledge with keen attention to detail boasting a proven track record to negotiate aggressively and effectively. Since joining Franklin Street, he has completed hundreds of lease transactions totaling more than $200 million in value.
In 2003, Mr. Hale began his real estate career in retail investment sales at Marcus & Millichap before starting his own leasing and management company, Rogue Realty, Inc. in 2008. Prior to real estate, he served as Vice President of Sales for Goodbody International, Inc., a financial consulting company, where he was involved in arranging more than $500 million in financing using various types of financial instruments.
Recognized for his exceptional performance, Mr. Hale has received several honors including Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award in 2011 and 2013-2018, and the CoStar Power Broker Award from 2012 through 2018. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has represented a variety of national and regional clients including Dollar Tree, Bealls Outlet, and Burkes Outlet.
Mr. Hale earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. He also contributes regularly to Camp Twin Lakes Spin for Kids and Swim Across America.
