Seth Rosin, Senior Associate of the Franklin Street Student Housing team, is the newest addition to the team. Seth is responsible for forming relationships with clients across the United States, valuing properties, and advising clients on dispositions and acquisitions. Before joining Franklin Street, Seth was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap with a focus on non-institutional student housing.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Seth worked at the Cincinnati Museum Center. He graduated from Florida State University with a degree in History before earning his Master’s degree in History from the University of West Florida. Seth has called Cincinnati home for the past decade. In his free time, Seth enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two children.
