Rachele Lock is an Associate on Franklin Street’s Texas Multifamily Investment Sales team, specializing in the San Antonio and Central Texas markets.
With eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Lock brings a well-rounded perspective to each transaction, drawing from her background in industrial, residential, and, most recently, multifamily real estate. Prior to joining Franklin Street, she built her expertise in the industrial sector at Colliers and Stream Realty Partners, where she worked closely with tenants and institutional and private owners.
Earlier in her career, Lock worked with a new home developer, where she gained valuable insight into housing demand, buyer behavior, and community development—experience that now informs her approach to multifamily investment sales.
Lock takes a data-driven, client-first approach to investment sales, providing strategic guidance to help owners and investors navigate the Central Texas multifamily market. She is committed to maximizing value and delivering long-term results for her clients.
Originally from Chicago, Lock graduated from Denison University in Ohio with a double major in Psychology and Communication. She has called Austin home for the past eight years and enjoys beach volleyball, skydiving, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two pups in her free time.
