Professional Experience

Nick Sanfilippo serves as Senior Vice President of Franklin Street’s Project Management Team in Atlanta. Mr. Sanfilippo organically started and built a best-in-class project management platform coupled with a highly talented team having the ability to execute development and construction projects flawlessly across the country. Mr. Sanfilippo has over 20 years of experience in building and leading project management teams, while consistently creating value for his clients ranging from new developments to redevelopment projects to programmatic store opening rollouts.

Additionally, Mr. Sanfilippo is the Regional Managing Director of the Atlanta office. He is responsible for the strategic growth of personnel and revenue while representing and expanding the Franklin Street brand within Georgia and beyond.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Sanfilippo led Site Centers’ (formally DDR) development and construction efforts covering a region of Southern, Southeastern and mid-Atlantic states, as well as Puerto Rico.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sanfilippo has completed over 35 million square feet totaling over $1 billion worth of developments across the United States. He is an industry leader with a proven track record of maximizing returns on investments through effective and efficient project management.
