Nick Heeb is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Services team in Orlando. In his role, Mr. Heeb represents and advises clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial real estate assets throughout Central Florida.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Heeb worked as a Property Management Intern for Foundry Commercial as well as a Brokerage Intern for SLC Commercial. By diversifying his internship experience, he understands the nuances of multiple business lines that can better serve his clients’ real estate needs. Mr. Heeb is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
