Mike Randell is a Senior Director in the Capital Advisory group at Franklin Street, specializing in commercial real estate debt and equity financing. With a comprehensive banking and commercial real estate background, Randell delivers tailored financial solutions to meet his clients’ needs.
Randell began his career as a Bank Examiner for the State of Texas following the 2008 financial crisis, where he developed a comprehensive foundation in banking operations, financial statement analysis, and regulatory compliance. He then joined Wells Fargo as a Financial Analyst, progressing to Relationship Manager where he managed and grew a portfolio of commercial real estate and homebuilder developers in the Southern California, Arizona, and Texas markets for Wells Fargo.
Randell enjoys cycling, weightlifting, and cooking. He also is a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities and volunteers his time to support disability-related causes. He is an active member of NAIOP and the National Association of Homebuilders, where he continues to build strong professional connections and contribute to the commercial real estate and homebuilding industries.
