Michael Riportella is a Director with Franklin Street’s Retail Leasing Team, focused on tenant representation throughout Tampa Bay and West Florida.
In his role, Mr. Riportella represents retailers of all kinds in everything from site evaluation and selection to lease negotiation and analysis to market surveys and strategic planning services for private and corporate clients. Committed to providing superior service, he is focused on representing the best interests of his clients throughout all activities of the leasing process.
Mr. Riportella joined Franklin Street in 2021, bringing with him valuable experience in the commercial construction and project management industry.
