As a Director for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Division, Matt Alexander specializes in the leasing of office and industrial properties for property owners and institutional clients throughout Tampa Bay.
Previously, Mr. Alexander was a Research Assistant at Franklin Street, working directly for the CEO, Andrew Wright, providing monthly and quarterly up-to-date research including local, regional, and national economic trends, market studies, and general industry research.
Mr. Alexander graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He belongs to the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) Young Professionals Group. He is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida.
